Practice Non-Attachment!

Practice Non-Attachment

When I first heard this, I found a bit difficult to digest this. What is non-attachment? and how?
As human being we all easily attach our emotions to everything that we see or own or wish to. For example, our family, friends, pet, our material needs and so on.

When you lose anyone of it, we feel the greatest pain in our heart, because of the emotional attachment and we find difficult to detach.
Instead of detaching from something, practice non-attachment!

That means you do not connect your emotions with them/that. By saying that doesn’t mean you are ignoring or not caring for them. You still do, but there won’t be a process of detachment when there is a grieve.
